      Go for it, Olivier!
      It’s time that we address these issues in the context of organisational cultures. The level of destructive comments as a way of not just venting but also team building around complaints that unify, has reached quite a ridiculous level of an end in itself.
      If that was beneficial for work atmospheres, I’m sure nobody would try to change it. But of course it’s not, of course we all are looking for ways to find contentment in what we do. So TED is absolutely inspiring us all at the right time, with the right topics.
